**Your role**:

- The role involves handling cases at the first notification of loss from our customer and policyholders.
- Managing customer interactions, liaising with suppliers, supporting colleagues and reviewing policy wordings.
- Dealing with customers and third parties on a one-to-one basis, whilst as part of a team with your colleagues.
- Managing customer interactions in an efficient, courteous, and timely manner in order to deliver high standards of customer satisfaction.
- This position will offer hybrid working 2 days per week at the office in Manchester after training has been completed.

**About you**:

- Administrative experience in an insurance environment is preferable, however not essential.
- Ability to adapt approach to differing business/client expectations and policy requirements.
- The ability to build and maintain good working relationships with customers both internal and external.
