**Main Responsibilities**
- Promote and ensure child welfare, protection, health and safety and safeguarding procedures and policies are followed at all the times.
- Work with colleagues to maintain a positive, happy, and safe environment on a day-to-day basis.
- Working 1:1 with a child who is challenging.
- Working alongside the Class Teacher.
- Work closely with the SENCO leader.
- Helping to support children with SEN.

**About you**
- Full or relevant qualification
- Experience of working with children with Autism and ADHD would be an advantage.
- Demonstrate good behaviour strategy and a calm, kind and nurturing approach is required.
- Clear Enhanced DBS Check (Update Service)
- Be reliable, confident, and committed.

**Additional information**:

- Monday - Friday
- 8:30am-4:00pm
- £86 - £105 per day
- Full Time
- Primary Schools in Stratford
- Must be eligible to work in UK
