In addition, they are recognised as being one of the Top 25 Education and Training providers to work for. They are looking for an Employment Coach in Durham for an immediate start.

Based at HMP Durham, you will recognise and record progress and achievement of disengaged adult learners to develop their skills, knowledge and behaviours while supporting them with their long-term goals and aspirations.

You will be responsible for the delivery and assessment of personal development and employability skills, supporting disengaged learners to build their Employment and Training Portfolios.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Grade C in GCSE English or equivalent
- An expert in your field with substantial experience
- Confident with good customer service skills
- Level 4 IAG or Coaching qualification desirable
- If you do not currently hold a teaching or assessing qualfication, they are able to support you through the appropriate qualfications and assessments
- Ability to display a wide range of training methods to engage learners
- Knowledge and understanding of policies and procedures relating to Safeguarding, Equality and Diversity, Health and Safety and Data Protection of all learners.
- Ability to engage with and motivate learners from all backgrounds and respond appropriately to their individual needs.
- Valid DBS.
