**As the International Relocation Support Co-Ordinator your key responsibilities will include**:
This role will be responsible for developing and managing our international recruitment programme, ensuring our practices remain ethical, legally complaint and supportive. This includes providing pre arrival and post arrival support to our future employees including:

- Managing the recruitment and selection process
- Supporting the visa process in partnership with the central People Services team and legal advisers
- Co-ordinate a structured induction and settlement programme in the new recruits first week to assist settlement into the UK and have a great onboarding experience with MES
- Develop, manage, and implement clear processes and supporting information for managers and staff regarding the welcoming, engaging, training and how we support our international recruits post arrival
- Ensure that the pastoral support continues to encourage social integration into the workplace to enable consolidation of skills and building of strong working relationships
