Craft House Coffee is a Sussex-based, independent, specialty coffee company. We’re built on a foundation of ‘no compromise for absolute quality' - it impacts everything we do.

From our farmstead roastery, we source, roast, and hand-pack ethically traded and relationship coffees for wholesale customers worldwide, supplying to like-minded, quality-hooked independents and multi-site operators, including cafes, restaurants, and high-end retail. We also drop our range of coffees to homes around the world through our online shop and subscription service.

Our restless approach to ‘getting it right’ has seen us grow impressively since 2015. We are now looking for a hardworking, hands-on crew member that can graft, work in a ‘tight’ team environment, and get coffee out the roastery doors day-to-day to a high standard.

Respect of the product is paramount for us at Craft House, and this role will be focused on preparing, packing and dispatching specialty coffee across the UK, supporting the wider roastery team. At times you will be the main point of contact for operations and you’ll want to grip the role and take control. We want someone who wants to step-up in future

You’ll have a working knowledge of IT systems and be willing to learn new software as part of the position. You will also support with the general upkeep of the roastery and working environment, including stock management, roastery movements, and ensuring the space is clean, tidy and safe.

The role will report to the Operations Manager and will work collaboratively with the whole team.

Please note our roastery location is quite remote, with limited public transport options, so you will need to ensure you can get to work on a daily basis.
