Assessment and Placement Team Administrator

Part Time Permanent

Hybrid - Milton Keynes

Hours roughly 11am/12pm-4pm Monday to Friday

£28,000 pro rata

It is essential you have have direct administration or PA experience within a health and social care or education setting.

**Purpose**
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented person team. You will be providing a range of flexible administrative support tasks as needed, to maximise the Assessment team’s ability to remain mobile and agile in their assessment work - working together as a team to maximise occupancy, enhance reputation and achieve positive outcomes for people moving to and within our services.

**Main duties**
- **Administration management **You will oversee the day-to-day administration of your area of responsibility, to include specific as well as ad hoc administrative duties that will promote the efficiency of the team/ individual supported.
- **Data and system Management **You will accurately input, update, and maintain all appropriate data in your area of responsibility, this could be completed using manual as well as digital, electronic systems.
- **Communication **You may serve as a point of contact for enquiries from internal and external stakeholders; providing information and assistance as needed.
- **Record keeping **You will create, update, and maintain accurate and appropriate records, as needed, and develop efficient processes to keep them up to date, relevant and useful to the business.
- **Team & Meeting support **You will develop the knowledge and skills needed to step in to support temporary gaps in the team. You may be needed to join meetings of a confidential nature to note or minute take and then ensure these are presented to a professional level.
- **Reporting / confidentiality **Working mainly with MS Office software as well as systems that are used within the organisation, give accurate data and information when needed.
- **Continuous improvement & Collaboration **To identify system or process improvements and suggest and take part in the implementation of. Collaborate closely with key personnel and wider business colleagues.
