As a Finance & Operations Coordinator, your days will be dynamic and varied. You will be responsible for managing financial records with precision, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and reported. Your organisational skills will be put to good use as you oversee the day-to-day operational tasks, contributing to the charity's efficiency and effectiveness.

**Main Duties**:

- Monitoring month end expenses for staff
- Manuel adjustments for any finance amendments
- Maintaining a client book with detailed up to date records
- Setting up new starters on all relevant IT systems
- Collating data
- Monitoring KPI’s
- Redacting Service User Files
