**Salary: £14-£15 p/h**

**Location: London**

**Hours: 9:00-17:00 Monday to Friday (hybrid)**

**Duration: 1-3 months temporary assignment (with possibility to turn into permanent)**

**Key Responsibilities and Outcomes**
- Develop relationships and collaborate with people managers, specialist HR and Payroll colleagues in relation to all HR disciplines, taking personal responsibility so that colleague ‘actions’ are delivered smoothly, and managers get the support and guidancethey need to manage their people effectively.
- Deal promptly and professionally with colleague, manager, and external queries, delivering guidance and solutions that provide customer value and make their colleague experience easier, smoother, and clearer.
- Produce and issue employment contracts, addendums/variations and associated documentation, processing correctly within agreed timescales to ensure a smooth and efficient colleague experience.
- Contribute to and produce datasets to measure and benchmark HR performance as required to support the improvement of performance across the business.
- Provide HR support at formal meetings, hearings and appeals, and with recruitment/selection activities and Exit Interviews, as required.
- Support the HR team with any post, and in raising purchase orders, obtaining authorisation and processing invoices to enable timely payment of suppliers.
- Support HR project work by undertaking research, organising, planning, and arranging training and workshops, and other tasks, including managing projects as required.
- Travel to different company sites as required for implementation and overall stakeholder management.

**Skills / Experience / Knowledge**
- Educated to GCSE-level or equivalent professional experience/qualification (i.e., CIPD Level 2 or above).
- Experience of working in a busy administrative/clerical or internal customer-facing role within a service-focused organisation.
- Understanding of HR service provision and the employee lifecycle, and the impact that great HR service provision has within a business and on front line service delivery.
- Experience in a regulated environment where safeguarding is high priority.
- Experience of HR information systems and data management.
- Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise work and manage multiple, conflicting demands.
- Well-developed communication skills with the ability to convey authority and integrity with colleagues and managers and external stakeholders.
- IT literate - able to manipulate Microsoft Excel spreadsheet data, with a practical understanding of Microsoft Office 365 collaboration tools (Teams, OneDrive, etc).
