Business Unit and Department Structure: Technology Infrastructure (TI) provides technology products and services used throughout the bank to deliver the best solutions and support for Bank of America Merrill Lynch customers and associates. The GBM CTO organizationis responsible for strategy, architecture, design/build, operations, engagement and project delivery of the technology infrastructure that supports Global Markets & Research Technology (GMRT). Team Specific Structure and Responsibilities: The GMRT InfrastructureSolutions Delivery team provide high quality, comprehensive infrastructure solutions to business technology partners on a globally consistent basis. The team are responsible for
- Engagement, Relationship and Technical Project Management, to co-ordinate and facilitate the delivery of all infrastructure solutions.
- Infrastructure Solutions Design and Delivery, covering design, review and approval process for infrastructure solutions that facilitate business growth, competitive capabilities and risk management
This Technical Project Manager role is required to manage & drive end to end delivery of the Windows 2003 Remediation Program for GMRT

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate resources across multiple teams in matrix managed environment; ensure appropriate resources are in place to deliver projects from initiation to completion throughout the full Project Life Cycle.
- Manage procurement and all aspects of project financials effectively, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to budget
- Manage and communicate the business impact of Change effectively. Work with Subject Matter Experts and other Key Stakeholders to understand and document the impact any Project Change may introduce.
- Conduct Regular and effective Stakeholder engagement and communication to ensure continuous update of status and issues/risks are highlighted in a timely fashion
- Manage medium to large complex projects or multiple small projects delivering successful business outcomes
- Adherence to project management governance processes with opportunity to participate in project process reviews and influence improvements
**Requirements**:

- Proven ability of strong co-ordination, planning and project management skills with min 5 years solid experience
- Perceptive, self-motivated, collaborative and strongly customer-orientated individual
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure successful project/programme implementation.
- Ability to work under pressure, whilst dealing with conflicting priorities and flexibility
- Ability to take the initiative, to progress problems, drive for solutions whilst displaying professionalism and enthusiasm
- Ability to tailor approach accordingly and effectively communicate with customers, peers and all levels of management.
- A good understanding of one or more of the following technology areas: Midrange Server Technologies, Storage, Backup, Network, Database. Previous experience of Windows 2003 Remediation would be an advantage.
- Experience with Global Markets environments and advantage
- Professional project management qualification e.g. Prince 2, PMI, Six Sigma
