As the Senior Technical Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to:


  • Oversee and monitor Hard FM services to ensure alignment with contractual obligations and compliance standards.
  • Drive service delivery improvements through proactive inspections, audits, and reporting.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including Service Providers and client representatives, to foster collaboration and efficiency.
  • Ensure technical service outputs are completed within SLAs to avoid financial penalties and meet high-quality standards.
  • Lead the monitoring of planned and reactive maintenance schedules for seamless operational performance.


To excel as a Senior Technical Manager, you’ll bring:


  • Degree-level qualifications in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Building Services (or ONC/HNC equivalent).
  • Deep knowledge of Electrical, Mechanical, and HVAC systems, with expertise in technical compliance.
  • Experience managing Hard FM or Technical Services Contracts, ideally within the PFI sector in a healthcare environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to influence change with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills and adaptability for dynamic, stakeholder-facing environments.
