Our client is a startup in the blockchain space specialising in property/estate agency. Their aim is to reduce the average time to sale from 120 days down to 7 days. They are seeking a talented and passionate lead developer/tech cofounder to join their teamand help develop a prototype or mínimal viable product for their platform.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement the technical strategy for the company
- Build a prototype or mínimal viable product for the platform
- Collaborate with founder to ensure technical solutions align with business goals
- Help develop and maintain the technology roadmap
- Manage the tech team as the company grows

**Requirements**:

- Interest and experience in developing tech products, ideally in the blockchain space
- Interest in the property/estate agency industry and the challenges it faces
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Passion for blockchain technology and its potential to transform industries

**Salary and Equity**:

- Negotiable, depending on experience and expertise
- Equity in the company will also be offered as part of the compensation package
