Property Admin Assistant

Job Summary:
Elysian Field Limited are looking for a bright and enthusiastic individual, to join our team as a Property Administrator Assistant to work 3 days in Coventry and 2 days at Head Office in Birmingham
**About Us**
Elysian Field have 17 properties which house vulnerable young people within shared accommodation. Elysian Field take pride in their work ensuring all our young people reach their full potential and are accommodated in a safe and well maintained environment.
**Overview of Job Responsibilities (but not limited to)**:
- Completing property inspections on a weekly basis
- Reporting any maintenance issues.
- Conducting final property inspections, inventories, and checkouts, when required
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date tenant and property files.
- Coordinate property maintenance requests
- Support the Senior Operations Manager with various administrative tasks.
- To maintain the upkeep of office system with weekly and daily reports.
**Requirements**:
- A can-do attitude and a genuine passion for property.
- Excellent oral and written skills in English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- IT & data processing
- Office administration must have knowledge of IT skills including Microsoft Office systems
- Enhanced DBS to be completed.
- Eligibility to work within the UK.
- Willing to complete safeguarding training.
