Junior Sales Representative, Sales Surveyor

Our clients Pest Elimination division has more than 30 years of pest management experience focusing exclusively on the institutional /commercial market segments. They consistently delivery our scientifically proven protocols to not only control pests buteliminate them. All while providing the insights needed to help identify risks before they happen. This protects customers, employees, and business reputation from pest related risk.
- Plymouth and Southwest - to be based within 20-25 miles of Plymouth
- Base Salary to £27k to start - £10k Commission - 4% Flexible Benefits Package - Pension - Corporate Benefits - Fully expensed company vehicle.

Role - Working as a Junior Sales representative / Sales Surveyor you will build & grow profitable client relationships with commercial businesses to protect their brand, their facilities, and the health and safety of their employees and customers. You will drivesales and attain budget goals by leveraging prospecting, cold calling, and networking skills to target restaurants, hospitals, hotels, retailers, food and beverage plants, schools, and nursing homes to offer the most effective B2B pest elimination programsin the United Kingdom. The new accounts you acquire will be aligned to our service team which is responsible for delivering the solutions you sell.

Key role functions
- Prospect and obtain customers to achieve annual new business sales goals
- Discover sales opportunities and implement sales strategies
- Partner with our service team, corporate account team, and inter-company partners to implement best practices to solve customer’s pest problems
- Build rapport and cultivate relationships with customers and co-workers through professional demeanour and strong interpersonal skills
- Provide outstanding customer service by leading and educating customers throughout the sales process
- The ability to manage and prioritise your diary is essential as is the ability to negotiate and close.
- Knowledge of the Pest Industry / experience selling to restaurants, food manufacture, services offices, fast food, hotels, commercial buildings is advantageous.
