**Customer Sales Executive**

**Location: York, YO41**

**Salary: £22,000 per annum**

**Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Hybrid Working Available)**

Our client is looking for a Customer Service Executive to join their team. This role requires a focused, positive individual who can confidently provide an excellent customer service experience.

This role has a split of inbound and outbound calls. You must have a polite and professional telephone manner and have a passion for representing a business to the highest standard. As well as telephone enquiries, you'll be dealing with a high number ofonline queries so excellent written communication skills are a must.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Fulfil all enquiries received by Sales/Scientist teams
- Making outbound calls to follow up web enquires
- Providing information and advice on company products and services
- Create new customers through new lead conversion or unfulfilled enquiries
- Proactive calling to new customers, welcoming them to the business

**In order to be successful in this role, you need to have**:

- Previous experience in a Telesales role or sales oriented environment where customer contact is regular
- Customer relationship building with prospective and existing customers
- Thrives within customer service and exceeding customer expectations
- Experienced in closing incoming sales enquiries
- A strong ability to communicate articulately in both written and verbal formats
- Excellent telephone manner
- Ability to handle objections and overcome them
- Having a good work ethic and to be self-motivated
