Environmental Health Officer(Public Sector)
**About Us**
Vanrath are delighted to be recruiting an Environmental Health officer for a major public body.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with environmental health regulations.
- Investigate and address community environmental health concerns.
- Provide guidance on food safety, water quality, air quality, and sanitation.
- Collaborate with local government agencies to develop policies.
- Conduct outreach and education programs on environmental health issues.
- Maintain records and reports related to environmental health activities.
**Essential Criteria**:
- Third level qualification in Environmental Health or related field.
- Membership of the Chartered Institute of Health
- Strong knowledge of environmental health practices.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
**Desirable Criteria**:
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- 2 Years experience in a similar field/role
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities.
- Effective Use of I.T system
