A specialist debt recovery and insolvency law firm are seeking a paralegal to join them. You will support the fee earners within the legal department on all areas of debt recovery.

You will join an experienced well regarded team who advise clients on business to business and business to consumer debt on all stages of the debt recovery process including letter before action, issuing court claims, obtaining a county court judgment, enforcementand if necessary insolvency proceedings.
