£23,000-£26,000 DOE

Main duties:
Supporting with office operations and procedures
General administration duties such as ordering office supplies and essentials as needed and Scanning, printing and photocopying
Ensure compliance with all HSEQ policies and procedures
Support the development/maintenance of company management systems
Production of monthly sustainability reports for Main Contractors
Support in the production of Method Statement / Risk Assessments (RAMS)

Key Skills:
Able to work in a Team
Excellent Communication and organisational skills
Time Management
Adaptability
Environmental Management qualification and IOSH Managing Safely or NEBOSH General Certificate desirable
Awareness of BREEAM / WELL / LEED Accreditation
Good administrative skills including data analysis
Ability to coordinate and have a can-do attitude
Good communication/interpersonal and organisational skills
