Drive a culture of inclusion, openness, and transparency, fostering initiatives like Speak Up Safely and Restorative Just Culture, and interpret national and local staff survey findings to enhance staff engagement. Develop progressive employee engagement strategic plans and leadership and talent management strategies, promoting leadership development.
