We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Head of EMEA Growth to join our Global Client Management team. This role is located in London - HYBRID.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

- Lead the team that drives revenue for our tier of double-digit growth clients in the EMEA region, across client sectors.
- Act as thought leader and partner to top leadership
- Ensure alignment of relationship strategy and account management
- Inform BNY Mellon’s strategy to best position the firm for growth

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

- Extensive experience in global leadership for relationship management, sales, client services, or account management in the financial services industry
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience; MBA or other advanced degrees preferred
- Recognised as an expert in the industry, product, or region
- Possess established relationships within/across industry and with clients at c-suite level
- Experience in leading global teams focused on sales, relationship management and business development.
