As the Head of EMEA Growth, you are charged with solidifying Vanta's presence and crafting a visionary multi-year marketing strategy across the EMEA region. You will lead a cross-functional team and align activities with the overarching goal of expanding Vanta's footprint and driving sustainable growth.

Your strategic leadership is key to not only facilitating Vanta's market expansion but also in setting a long-term vision for success and influence in the region. Under your guidance, Vanta will aim to become a dominant force in the EMEA markets, leveraging innovative marketing strategies and building strong local connections.

What you'll do as a Head of EMEA Growth at Vanta:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy tailored to the unique opportunities across the EMEA region, based on thorough market research and insights into local consumer behaviors and preferences.
  • Ensure the company's brand is consistently presented and adapted appropriately across all EMEA markets, maintaining brand integrity while catering to local nuances.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of targeted marketing campaigns, including digital, content, social media, and event marketing, that effectively engage local audiences and drive business objectives.
  • Lead a diverse team of marketing professionals and collaborate closely with other departments, such as sales, product, and customer success, to ensure alignment and cohesiveness of marketing strategies with broader company goals.
  • Establish key performance indicators for the region's marketing activities, continuously monitor performance, and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights to maximize ROI.
  • Manage the marketing budget for the EMEA region, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across various initiatives to achieve the best outcomes.
  • Engage with key stakeholders within and outside the company, including partners, influencers, and industry leaders, to build relationships and foster collaborations that support marketing and business goals.
  • Stay abreast of the latest marketing trends and technologies, adopting innovative approaches and adapting strategies to meet the evolving needs of the market and the business.
  • Foster professional growth and development within the marketing team, mentoring staff and nurturing a culture of excellence, creativity, and continuous improvement.

How to be successful in this role:

  • 10+ years of marketing experience
  • Deep understanding of the cultural nuances within the EMEA region
  • Proven experience leading and mentoring teams and cross functional stakeholders
  • Experience managing large budgets at drive meaningful return
  • Analytical and Data-Driven Mindset
  • Ability to adapt to changing business needs
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience with self serve analytics tools like Tableau
  • Experience with CRMs like Salesforce or Hubspot
  • Ability to travel to other European markets routinely
