We're seeking a dedicated **Trainer **to engage with learners, ensuring compliance and excellence in provision delivery.

**Position Description**:

- **Engagement and Cohort Management**:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to effectively engage learners onto CSS provision.
- Build lasting relationships with stakeholders for consistent access to learner cohorts.
- Maintain meticulous paperwork and tracking records of learner engagement.
- **Delivery and Assessment**:

- Deliver and assess content within your expertise to meet awarding body standards.
- Maintain online records for tracking learner attendance, assessment, and achievement.
- Plan and record assessment decisions, meeting program deadlines.
- **Compliance and Performance**:

- Adhere to internal and external procedures, meeting KPI targets for new enrollments and progressions.
- Contribute to the organization's mission and values, actively participating in quality improvement initiatives.
- **Continuous Professional Development**:

- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the internal verification process.
- Address personal professional development needs through training and development opportunities.
