**ABOUT THE POSITION**:
**GPC** needs a person with a passion for:

- Ecommerce
- Software
- Customer's user experience

and who has real marketing skills to acquire users for our suite of ecommerce software including:

- eManage Development CRM
- CTRwow content management and funnel builder
- CXwow ecommerce customer service management

This is a unique opportunity to be part of the build, UI/UX and user growth of this suite of software for ecommerce.

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Define and execute go to market strategy for new products and growth strategy for existing products
- Build a strong subscriber base using digital strategies
- Create retention strategies and monitor and report
- Define and direct marketing campaigns for lead generation and necessary marketing materials
- Develop and track metrics and success criteria for all marketing programs and activities
- Oversee marketing communications including branding, public relations and advertising
- Work to create best in class billing models and ensure best user experience
- Design customer and market research, analyze results, formulate strategic recommendations and present results
- Identify new markets and advertising tactics to encourage business growth
- Develop a deep understanding of our customers, products, and the buyer’s journey and their user experience
- Work with customer support to enhance and improve GPC suite of products

**YOUR SKILLS**:

- Practical proven and documented experience selling software
- Proven ability to grow subscribers and retain them
- Ability to instruct design and dev on how to improve UI/UX
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to promote software and to explain what needs to be improved
- Sound understanding of SaaS billing models
- Experience developing and implementing customer surveys, data visualization and analytics software such Tableau
- Hands-on experience managing Google, Facebook, YouTube or other media for lead generation
- Strong creative problem-solving abilities, analytical mindset with extreme attention to detail
- Experience with remarketing tactics, GDN, intent-based marketing, and ABM
