Applicants must have previous Reception/customer service experience of around five years and have excellent communication, organisation and IT skills. Knowledge of EMIS would be an advantage. It is vital for this individual to have a flexible and adaptable approach to their work and can work well on their own or as a team. The week of early shifts will require the individual to open up a couple of times that week for our commuter clinic. This post is to cover Maternity leave and so we will be looking to start the successful individual on the 02.05.2023

Week 1

Monday - 12.45pm to 6.45pm - 6 hours

Tuesday - 12.45pm to 6.45pm - 6 hours

Wednesday - 12.45pm to 6.45pm - 6 hours

Thursday - 12.45pm to 6.45pm - 6 hours

Friday - 12.45pm to 6.45pm - 6 hours

Week 2

Monday - 7.45am to 1.45pm - 6 hours

Tuesday - 7.00am to 1.00am - 6 hours

Wednesday - 8.00am to 2.00am - 6 hours

Thursday - 7.00am to 1.00am - 6 hours

Friday - 7.45am to 1.45pm - 6 hours

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months
Part-time hours: 30 per week

**Salary**: From £10.42 per hour

**Experience**:

- Reception or customer care: 5 years (preferred)
