We are a new dental practice located in Bexleyheath, seeking a dedicated and professional Dental Practice Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive patient experience and maintaining the smooth operation of our practice.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome patients with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Manage phone calls, answer patient inquiries, and schedule appointments efficiently.
- Maintain accurate patient records and handle insurance verification and claims processing.
- Collect and process payments for services rendered.
- Coordinate and manage the appointment schedule to optimize patient flow.
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure excellent patient care.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management.
- Follow up with patients for appointment reminders and post-treatment care.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a receptionist in a dental or medical practice is preferred, or hospitality.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demean or.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with appointment scheduling software and dental practice management systems.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining patient records and processing payments.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Availability to work full-time, including weekends.

Pay: £22,161.57-£28,981.10 per year
