HeyFlow is start up insight-driven data surveying and coaching business that empowers organisations to build a truly inclusive company by understanding the impact of female reproductive health in the workplace.
**What you’ll be doing**
**MotherBoard**
The MotherBoard community, charter and events programme is growing at pace. As our Marketing & Events Executive you’ll take control of a busy campaign schedule, working with industry partners, members and the wider MotherBoard community to gain wider reach, deeper impact and engagement of the mission and drive subscription enquires.
Turning to our events programme (a combination of in-person, hybrid and online) you’ll play a key role in supporting the co-ordination of speakers and logistics, alongside the creation and management of our events marketing campaigns to drive awareness and attendees.
Our Charter members require support to confirm their pledges and gather business information to complete their membership, this leads to reviewing pledge achievements, supporting the renewal process and helping to collate and create the MotherBoard annual impact report.
Finally, our community is thriving. You’ll be the outreach to this community, delivering the MotherBoard blog series, managing engagement, the upkeep of the CRM and building monthly newsletter content.
**HeyFlow**
HeyFlow is a start-up, with an impact driven business model with incredible feedback and potential. Here, you’ll support our Marketing Director to develop the HeyFlow and FLOW brands inline with the advancement of our product roadmap.
As with MotherBoard you’ll take responsibility for creating and delivering campaigns end to end, developing creative solutions, engaging with industry, health and FemTech health experts to build engagement with prospective and existing clients and supporting corporate activism. This will call for an integrated approach, working between content, social, partner relationships and support material (amongst much more).
**What experience you’ll bring with you**
- Affinity and compassion with MotherBoard and HeyFlow's missions
- Experience gained as an agency Account Manager or Account Executive, or in-house as a Marketing Executive or Content Executive
- Bring imaginative, yet SEO optimised, content writing skills and experienced in storytelling, research, stats and data based writing
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and a creative eye
- Have experience managing social media profiles and communities
- Knowledge of Social Media tools and Social Media scheduling tools (Buffer, Canva etc.).
- Wordpress blogging and website content management
- Bring an analytical mind to evaluate success and to plan ahead
- Video and Podcast editing skills would be a huge bonus, as video and podcast production will become a key aspect of this position
- Powerpoint, Word and Excel skills
**What you’ll get in return for your talents**
A salary up between £27k and £30k (full time, pro-rata for reduced hours, min. requirement 30+ a week), tax free bonus, working patterns based around you, 27.5 days holiday (plus bank holidays), health scheme, seriously nice offices, ethical pension, enhanced maternity and paternity leave policies.
