Due to an incredibly busy start to 2023, we are now looking for a Finance Assistant to join our brilliant team based in Hessle, East Yorkshire
As Finance Assistant, your role will be to fully support the finance team by ensuring day to day transactions are accurate and up to date, including the processing of sales and purchase invoices.
Paying a salary of £22,550 and offering industry leading benefits which include private health cover and life insurance amongst many others.

**About MS3 Networks**:MS3 is a fibre network operator based in the Kingston-Upon-Hull area with plans to pass over 500,000 homes and businesses with full fibre. As a wholesale-only provider, MS3 will enable its existing and future ISP clients to provide up to 10Gb connections to end-customers, building on their existing fibre ring through Hull and to more than 30 other locations in the region.
**Location **MS3 Networks, Owen house, Owen Avenue, Priory Park West, HU13 9PD
**Role & Responsibilities**
- Matching, checking and accurately coding purchase invoices
- Processing employee expenses onto Sage200
- Reconciliation of supplier statements
- Daily reconciliation of bank accounts
- Checking, creating and sending customer invoices
- Reconciling credit/debit balances. Communicate with past-due customers to resolve outstanding balances as necessary.
- Ad hoc and other financial administration tasks as required.
**Essential Skills and Experience**
- Experience within a similar position where you have had to be methodical and accurate.
- Good communicator with a ‘can-do’ attitude.
- Strong organisational skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to resolve customer collections discrepancies on customer phone calls with great articulation and customer service.
