In line with our ambitious plans for growth we are delighted to offer a Business Administrator apprentice position, to join our team based in Ipswich.

**As an Business Administrator apprentice, your duties & responsibilities will be**:

- Business and financial management:

- Processing of timesheets, invoices, journals and relevant financial documents.
- Monitoring and maintaining costs via Oracle finance system.
- Assist financial reporting, forecasting and budget management.
- Project management
- Gain experience and understanding of workload planning, programming and reporting.
- Support the development of reporting tools in Power BI.
- Office management
- Support and assist with office management tasks, including office management plan, audits and quality control, and general office duties.

**Skills & Knowledge Requirements**:

- Good literacy & numeracy skills
- Proficient on Microsoft packages
- Experience of database inputting & interrogation for reporting purposes
- A Level DD or; BTEC National Diploma PPP or Equivalent level 3 qualifications worth 64 UCAS points
- 5 GCSE’s including Maths and English (C or above) or equivalent (reformed GCSEs grade 4 or above)
