We are currently recruiting for a **Digital Marketing Manager**, this role is responsible for the search strategy across paid and organic, including SEO, SEM and social search (e.g., platforms where the action is the search and inspire), specificallyYouTube, Houzz and Pinterest, in addition to contributing to product demand generation campaigns that include these platforms.

The role is a blend of strategy and platform management and requires tremendous cross-functional collaboration with both internal and external partners.

**Digital Marketing ManagerOverview**:
In this role you will get exposure to several key areas, key responsibilities in this role will include search strategy and execution; leading the cross-functional team of product marketing, online marketing and communications to drive SEO performance; managingthe social search platforms; and providing general search expertise to all of the marketing.
- Lead the strategy for search, including paid and organic, across traditional SEO and SEM, in addition to Pinterest, Houzz and YouTube.
- Manage the Masonite presence on Pinterest, Houzz and YouTube.
- Facilitate the cross-functional team from online marketing, product marketing and communications to support SEO initiatives.
- Manage digital platforms, maintenance, landing page development, UX and CMS governance
- Understand our strategic value targets and translate product positioning into content that reaches them and achieves desired results across the search platforms, in a way to ensure we reach them early in inspiration and consideration.
- Create a/b tests for messaging, creative, platforms and audience targeting.
- Establish, optimize and report on leading and lagging key performance indicators and take action against the results to continuously improve performance.

**About you**
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field preferred but not required
- 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing, advertising or a related role, with at least 3 years of search, paid social or demand generation ideal.
- Prior experience in brand strategy, messaging or customer journey work useful.
- Knowledge of the building material, home construction or remodel space a plus.
- Proven results for website traffic, lead generation and sales.
- Able to flex between strategy and execution.
- The ability to share a point of view while working collaboratively toward the best outcome - a problem solver who remains flexible.
