On behalf of our client, a well established and reputable Civil Engineering Contractor who operate predominately within renewables, infrastructure and flood protection projects, we are looking to recruit a Site Agent to join their team on a permanent basis for projects based in the Central Belt and Ayrshire.

**As a Site Agent, you will be responsible for**:

- Planning and organising all labour on site.
- Ensuring all resources are used efficiently on site.
- Ensure contracts are delivered safely on time, within budget and to clients’ specification.
- Keeping site records and registers up to date.
- Assure that all work is carried out to company safety procedures.
- Maintaining good on/off site working relationships.

**Applicants must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as**:

- HNC or Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Demonstrable experience as a Site Agent delivering on civil projects.
- Previous civil engineering experience is essential.
- Appropriate knowledge of health and safety polices.
- Methodical approach to tasks undertaken.
- Good analytical & problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and liaison skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, CAD and Project Costing Software.
- Valid CSCS.
- A full UK driving licence.
- Willing to travel when required.
