We are looking to recruit a Site Agent to work on our Caledonia Water Alliance contract based in Stepps, Glasgow but with a workload across Scotland.

Caledonia Water (CWA) is a joint venture alliance between Aecom and Morrison Water Services (MWS), supporting the delivery of Scottish water’s SR21 Capital Investment Programme.

We are responsible for the delivery of a pan Scotland £700M water and wastewater infrastructure programme over a 6-year alliance framework.

As a Site Agent you will be part of our Operations Team, responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of our water infrastructure and civil engineering projects**.**

**As the Site-Agent your duties & responsibilities will include**:

- Proactive member of the site team on a large value or portfolio of projects
- Lead and manage the site team
- Report to the Project Manager
- Responsible for management and control of subcontractors
- Ensure all sites are compliant with company SHEQ policy and procedure and drive a strong Health & Safety and quality focus culture
- Engage with the General Foreman/Subcontractor’s Site Supervisor on a daily basis to progress the site works on programme
- Ensure SHEQ documentation is produced timeously, maintained, and briefed to the workforce
- Control of QA documentation
- Control of permits
- Site Inductions
- Weekly SHEQ and Temporary Works inspections
- Input to short term programmes
- Maintain productivity trackers and site statistics
- Coordination of procurement with supply chain
- ECI works including site visits, surveys, and buildability input
- Manage work fronts in local communities and ensure a positive approach to dealing with members of the public

**Skills & Knowledge Requirements**
- HND/Degree in Civil Engineering
- Civil engineering experience including pipelaying, deep excavation, temporary works & streetworks
- Knowledge of relevant H&S Legislation
- Knowledge of construction standards and specifications
- Knowledge of NRSWA
- CSCS Supervisory Card
- SMSTS
- NRSWA Supervisor
- EUSR Water Hygiene & SW DOMS
- First Aid at Work
