**Job Role**:
This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced professional with proven ability in a Retail environment. This role is integral to developing the customer strategy and translating this into a compelling roadmap of cross-channel initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy aligned with the overall business goals.
- Identify market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to optimize the online platform.
- Build and lead a high-performing e-commerce team.
- Oversee the performance & management of the LiveChat and Inbound contact centre team.
- Provide strategic direction, mentorship, and support to team members to achieve the business objectives.
- Oversee the user experience design and implement strategies to enhance website usability.
- Collaborate with marketing and agency teams to optimize conversion rates and CX.
- Work closely with digital marketing teams to support and develop marketing campaigns.
- Utilise analytics to track KPIs and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Work cross-functionally with different teams to refine strategic concepts into prioritised roadmaps.
- Oversee software development with external agencies to land exciting change that is timely, high quality, and to budget.

**Key skills and attributes we are looking for**:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Proven experience in an ecommerce leadership role with a track record for growth.
- Strong understanding of online retail, digital marketing, and e-commerce technologies
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
- Familiarity with emerging trends and technologies in the e-commerce landscape.
- SFCC platform knowledge would be advantageous.
- Team management experience.
- Strong stakeholder management experience including agency management.
- Team player with a collaborative approach that’s able to communicate and influence across all levels.
