**Hospitality Applications Specialist - London**

**Main duties for a Hospitality Applications Specialist**:

- To always act in a professional and courteous manner, representing PPHE Hotel Groups highest standards of business conduct; exhibits a positive attitude, sharing information with co-workers as appropriate and works to promote a cooperative, productive teamwork environment.
- To assist with the strategic and tactical support of key software systems.
- To ensure that support requests are tackled in a timely fashion in accordance with our Technical Support Process and SLA's, assisting with testing and deployments.
- To maintain systems support documentation, procedures, and other information useful to the smooth & efficient operation of information systems.
- To participate in technology planning and strategy activities to ensure business objectives are being addressed.
- To develop and maintain relationships with business partners both internally & externally.
- To be proactive in identifying critical business, technical and/or operational issues and then assist in driving issues to closure.
- To assist in managing, prioritising, and delivering multiple initiatives in partnership with client teams.
- To work with stakeholders to facilitate the development of functional and technical requirements.
- To assist with out of hours support on a rota basis with the rest of the Hospitality Applications team.
