We are seeking an experienced and personable maintenance team member to join a well-established and friendly, family run business. We are looking for an adaptable, approachable, happy and highly motivated person who comes prepared to lead by example and work as part of a team.

This is a physically demanding role, working in all weathers so you will need to be fit and healthy to apply.

An immediate start is possible.

This person must be capable of changing direction at a moment’s notice and be comfortable coping with the many challenges that we are presented with on an almost daily basis. You will be calm, well presented, and have a natural ability to think on your feet and solve a number of practical problems as and when they arise. You will play a key role in ensuring our guests can sit back, relax and enjoy their visit comfortably.

Experience of general maintenance practices would be hugely beneficial but not essential. Including, but not limited too plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, mechanics, painting & decorating and other general maintenance duties.

An solid understanding of H&S practices including correct use of PPE will be essential.

Lusty Glaze operates 7 days per week year-round. Your hours will be flexible and will be dependent upon the needs of the business. Weekends, evenings and bank holidays will be necessary and essential
