**Team Member - Part Time**

Our passionate team are seeking a Team Member to join them in helping to bring wonderful experiences to their guests.

The Central is located in the heart of Newquay. This stylish, premium bar is a vibrant hub that showcases the town’s unique lifestyle every day and night of the year.

You’ll be working in one of Cornwall’s most popular coastal destinations that’s renowned for being the surfing capital of the UK. It comes complete with stunning golden beaches and dazzling seascapes.

Working closely with all your teammates in our busy pub/hotel/ restaurant, you will:

- Be responsible for taking orders and serving food and drinks.
- Ensure the restaurant is kept spick and span.
- Form part of the hands-on team, working shoulder-to-shoulder to deliver a memorable guest experience.
- Be a positive member of the team, supporting others wherever possible.

St Austell Family Group is a family owned business with world class brewing and pubs at its heart. We began life in Cornwall over 170 years ago and have built a £200m business with internationally recognised beer brands in Tribute and Proper Job. We own two state-of-the-art West Country production sites, St Austell Brewery and Hare Brewery - home of Bath Ales, which we acquired in 2016.We own 180 pubs, 36 of which we manage ourselves, situated in some of the most iconic locations in the South West.
