**Activities of the team/department that this role will operate in;**

**To carry out general maintenance work and operations, working with a chargehand, undertaking a wide range of routine and cyclical works.**

***

**To respond to incidents and callouts during or out of hours on rotas as required and to take part in out of hours standby and winter maintenance activities**

***

***

**Purpose of the role and your responsibilities;**

**To work safely and be responsible for own safety and that of others**

**Carry out all required checks of plant, equipment, and vehicles**

**Undertake works safely, as instructed without direct supervision**

**Formal qualifications required;**

**Full UK Driving Licence (essential)**

**Hold a clean LGV driving licence (preferred but not essential)**
