Delivering at over 20 locations weekly across the UK, with increased activity within school holiday periods, we are renowned for our group based short breaks activities. These energise our young attendees and support them to flourish and. We’re now looking for a driven individual who can take our Energise sessions to the next level and oversee excellent levels of care.

As our **Energise Regional Operations Lead **you will play a leading role in building and leading our delivery team, who assist clients to develop a range of essential life skills in community settings. As part of this you’ll ensure our delivery is in line with our own high standards and adhere to Ofsted and CQC regulations

You will be working to maintain a quality service, working with vulnerable children and those moving into adulthood with learning difficulties, disabilities and sensory impairments. As an organisation, we’re committed to providing first class care standards that positively support our clients. We ensure children and young people are supported with the correct staff ratios so we can have a positive impact on the lives of children aged 4+ years up to early adulthood.

We are looking for someone who is caring, supportive and passionate about providing a high-level of care and support to vulnerable people, whilst achieving commercial goals and exploring new business development opportunities. In addition to ensuring the quality of our sessions is first class, you’ll also be responsible for ensuring we attract enough children into our sessions to fulfil our contractual obligations.

As part of this you’ll build positive relationships and work with local authorities and commissioning bodies.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Managing delivery teams throughout your area so our short breaks programmes run in line with contractual agreements, health and safety practices and outcome based theme plans.
- Completing employee rota and ensuring mandatory training is completed.
- Ensuring delivery is in line with contract agreements.
- Completing quality assurance in all areas of delivery. This includes both staffing performance and overseeing reporting requirements
- Being responsible for efficient and accurate reporting of safeguarding incidents and producing timely and accurate reports.
- Ensuring all reports and recorded data are up to date, including risk assessments, session plans, session reports and accident/ incident forms.
- Actively working to engage existing and new customers to attend provision and ensuring we meet contractual capacity targets on a weekly basis

Good communication skills, both written and verbal, will be required for report writing, minute taking and internal and external communications. Organisation and time management will be a key part of the role, alongside managing others with their key responsibilities.

Experience of managing teams and events is required, whilst working with SEND provision is desirable.
- Salary negotiable based on experience up to £26,000 per annum_

Mileage is paid at 45p per mile.
