**The role**

**This role offers incredible opportunities to**:

- The client is pushing to modernise its communications and we have access to incredible digital talent and resources e.g. in search, paid, web design, influencer. For example, how many agencies have a Head of Creative Technology who helps realise ambitious projects like the providing the technology platform for the world’s largest driving experiment, creating a real-time gaming platform, building a chatbot or an interactive wall at an event.
- Genuinely global work - a huge proportion of the work is delivering big, global campaigns, with an emphasis on emerging markets like China, India, South East Asia as well as more Western countries.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Client servicing**:

- Confidently contribute to client meetings and build client relationships based on sound advice and the consistent delivery of strong work.
- Support senior account handlers to promote a ‘client-first’ approach to working collaboratively across departmental teams and throughout the wider businesses.
- Proactively identify and flag opportunities to share valuable insights and best practices with clients.
- Contribute ideas on where the team can add value to client accounts or help spot growth opportunities with existing clients.
- **
Communications marketing**:

- Support the development and drive implementation of innovative communications programmes, which involve execution across owned, earned, hybrid and traditional media.
- Write a wide range of insight-led content to a high standard, from opinion pieces, media releases to case studies.
- Draft communications toolkits for other Edelman offices to use in markets (e.g. Europe & Asia)
- Help to identify new ways to diversify B2B campaigns through best practices within the business and the wider industry.

Organisation and account management**:

- Manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Support the development of resourcing plans to deliver highly skilled, yet efficient teams to deliver excellent work.

**Skills and Attributes**:

- A background in delivering creative, digitally led B2B communications.
- An innate understanding of earned media, with the ability to create stories and generate coverage across traditional media, digital and social.
- Experience working on content management programmes, with an awareness of the changing way business audiences consume information.
- Experience in direct client handling, providing strategic counsel on day to day account matters.
- Have a good understanding of the importance and mechanics of budgeting new campaigns.
- Comfortable translating technical information into compelling, accessible content.
- Strong communications skills, verbal and written.
- Creative, ambitious and entrepreneurial with good initiative, strong organisation and attention to detail.
