**Let us tell you a bit about the opportunity**

Feel like being part of our Marketing team? This role will be critical in producing the creative output for the Aldermore Group across the full brand portfolio. You’ll help bring our brand to life through designing and delivering compelling creative, across digital and print media, for both internal and external audiences across the group.

Through innovative creative design execution, you’ll be critical in enabling the delivery of successful activities that deliver for our customers and colleagues. You’ll ensure all deliverables are consistent with brand guidelines and meet the brief, within an agreed deadline.

**What will your day look like?**
- Producing high quality marketing and communication materials (internal and external) through assets across a full range of digital and print media following brand guidelines
- Innovating with new ways to communicate our brand(s) and propositions to drive commercial performance aligned to customer feedback and insight
- Generating creative concepts for campaigns - working with the Marketing function and Group functions to produce engaging design deliverables that meet requirements
- Collaborate with the wider Marketing function to ensure the brand assets are protected and adhered to in all projects both internally and externally
- Building a repository of approved on-brand templates and assets for use across the Group
- Proactively recommending creative improvements to the Group’s marketing materials using insight to continually improve effectiveness and drive commercial performance

**What do we expect from you?**
- Mid weight design experience across digital and print media. Video and animation desirable, but not essential.
- Proficiency across the Adobe Creative Suite, plus a good understanding of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Word). HTML, AfterEffects and PremierePro desirable, but not essential.
- Excellent organisational skills, managing your workload effectively to deliver to deadlines.
- Solid stakeholder management skills to work with and build successful working relationships.
- Strong creative eye and flair with attention to detail.
- A passionate individual who takes pride in their work, and strives to suggest ways to do things better or more efficiently.
