**HOME** is the sole in-house partner for 35 residential towers across Manchester City Centre. We take considerable care in delivering a suite of exclusive services that include Laundry & Dry Cleaning, Minibar, Butler, Housekeeping —all performed by our dedicated team, ensuring the highest quality and integrity.
We're seeking a **Dry Cleaner **and a **Laundry Manager** who want to be a part of a fun, vibrant, growing company.

**Job Summary**:
As a Dry Cleaner at theLAUNDRY, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness, quality, and care of our customers' garments. You will be responsible for inspecting, cleaning, and properly handling various types of clothing and têxtiles. Your attention to detail and commitment to providing excellent service will contribute to our customers' satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Inspect garments for stains, damage, or special care instructions.
- Operate dry cleaning machines and other equipment following safety and operational guidelines.
- Pre-treat stains and perform spot cleaning as necessary.
- Ensure proper sorting, tagging, and record-keeping of garments.
- Maintain and clean equipment to ensure efficient operation.
- Handle customer enquiries, provide information on services, and address any concerns.
- Assist with garment pickup and drop-off processes.
- Uphold the company's quality standards and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in dry cleaning or laundry services preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to follow safety protocols and handle chemicals safely.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
