- to collate invoices & payment information to allow payments to be made against claims raised
- load the paperwork onto the system & enter any bank information relevant,
- Answer the phone to customer, car dealers & repairers so a good level of communication across different people is required

The role is 8.30 - 5.30 Mon - Fri at their office.

The role would include, but not limited to:

- Invoice & claims information processing
- Credit control
- Data entry
- Speaking with customers
- Admin tasks
- Good excel skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Good written skills
- Good telephone skills
- A Self Starter but also able to work well within a wider team

Full training of all systems and processes will be given.

**Salary**: From £20,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kings Langley: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
