Part Time Office Administrator

**The Role**
IndigoZest specialise in Smart Home Technology solutions mainly for the high-end residential sector.
**Responsibilities**
**Office Duties**
- Opening and closing of workshop
- Call handling
- Manage cleaner
- Ordering of general cleaning supplies
- Ordering of office stationery
- Stock fridge - Snacks/milk/drinks
- Ensure consumables are stocked (toner/printer ink/batteries)
- Raising and returning RMA’s
- Post out
- Receive and check in deliveries
- List old items on ebay for sale
- Utility meter readings
- Assist with health and safety policies
- Manage waste collections
**Team Duties**
- Log training and CPD’s with Cedia
- Management of company Vehicles
- Ensure van checks are completed
- Co-ordinate servicing and maintenance
- Arrange signage
- Arrange additional security locks
- Organise new leasing details and end of lease admin
- Deal with fines/insurance claims
- Ensure AD Blue is stocked
- Order stock requests from the team
**Other Duties**
- Chase management team for missing invoices/receipts
- Request copies of invoices from suppliers to assist accountant
- Manage stock of PPE and company clothing and order when necessary
- Manage telephone system (VOIP) as per company requirements
- Chase clients for payment of outstanding invoices.

**Experience**
We are looking for someone that can demonstrate the above skills within any previous work environment. We are seeking an individual with a strong work ethic, good time keeping and a genuine commitment to the position.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
**Salary**: £12.00-£15.00 per hour
