Job Title: Play Worker

Hours required: 7:30 to 9:30 am - 2:30 to 6pm.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and engage children in various play activities
- Create a safe and inclusive environment for children to explore, learn, and have fun
- Plan and organize age-appropriate games, crafts, and recreational activities
- Encourage social interaction and positive behavior among children
- Assist with snack time and ensure dietary restrictions are followed
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of play areas and equipment
- Communicate with parents or guardians regarding their child's progress and any concerns

**Experience**:

- Previous experience working with children in a childcare or recreational setting is preferred
- Knowledge of child development principles and age-appropriate activities
- Ability to effectively manage a group of children and maintain control in a playful environment
- Excellent communication skills to interact with children, parents, and other staff members
- Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm to engage children in play-based learning
