A leading University based in London is recruiting an Organisational Development Manager on a part-time permanent contract. This is an exciting opportunity for the post holder to be involved with databases and reporting and to have a flexible working pattern.

Job responsibilities:

- Design systems-based projects primarily focussed on developing leadership capability, increasing staff or team performance, succession planning and talent retention and development
- Provide both strategic and operational OD support to senior managers
- Develop interventions which may include information sessions or briefings, skills development workshops and programmes, online training and other activities
- Supporting managers to enable use of online learning, specifically LinkedIn Learning and increase access and participation to these approaches
- Supporting performance management and appraisal, competency and knowledge and skills frameworks to enhance management information available
- Development of dashboard summaries for enabling engagement with Schools/Department and the wider HR team
- Development of the staff learning infrastructure e.g. policies and procedures, schemes and guidelines such as in support of developing leadership capability, performance enhancement, succession planning and talent management
- To be able and committed to working 2 days per week (14 hours)
- OD/ L&D experience
- Confidence with systems, reporting and databases (knowledge of LinkedIn learning)
- Staff management experience

**Annual salary**:£47,423 - £56,592 (pro rata to £18,969 - £22,636)

**Contract type**:Permanent

**Working pattern**: 2 days per week (14 hours)

**Location**: London (offers hybrid working)
