**ABOUT THE ROLE -**

ERIKS are recruiting for a Payroll Administrator to join our People team. Reporting directly to the Payroll & Fleet Manager, this is a rewarding role created to act as point of contact within the Business to give support for all administration of expense programs.

This role focuses on monitoring and maintenance of expense programs with policies, procedures and program metrics.
- Managing, processing claims and maintaining company credit program
- Loading credit card statement file onto SEL accurately and timely
- Raising ad hoc payments for non-expense accounts
- Processing expense claims on expenses system, loading expense reimbursements files onto Kerridge accurately and timely.
- Posting all GL related items manually for accountants
- Sort queries with bank and credit card provider
- Supporting the Fleet Coordinator throughout the week with the following tasks:

- Answer fleet queries via various channels.
- Arrange vehicle collections/EOC storage etc.
- Information changes sent to TMC, Lex, ALD etc. - address changes, leavers, starters.
- Obtaining vehicle/van quotes
- To manage the private use requests and documentation
