**Recruitment Consultant**:£23,000 - £50,000 depending on experience.

**Recruitment Consultant**: Hybrid working

**Recruitment Consultant**:28 module training for 6 months

The team is made up of Recruitment Consultants from every walk of life - ex athletes, salespeople, graduates, mums returning to work, actors and everything else in between. - Managing jobs and applicants
- Being creative with your advertising and marketing
- Selling and negotiating
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process
- Closing deals and earning commission

**Recruitment Consultant - Trainee - Recruitment - Requirements**:

- Highly Academic, ideally from a Russell Group University (2:1)
- Highly involved with extra circular activities outside of university/work
- Not afraid of healthy competition
- not afraid to challenge the status quo.
