**Recruitment Consultant - Graduate/Trainee Role**

**Financially motivated? SW6 Associates require a graduate or sales-person to start a role as a trainee recruitment consultant.**

**Location - City of London**

Recently graduated from university? Looking to make use of your skills in a fast-paced environment? Recruitment could be the career you’ve been looking for.

**What you’ll be doing as a recruitment consultant**:

- _Producing adverts._
- _Upkeep of database records._
- _Delivering and closing offers._
- _Handling objections._

**Key Attributes of a trainee recruitment consultant**:

- _Strong communication skills._
- _Driven to hit personal and team targets._
- _Career ambition._
- _A degree preferred but not essential._
- _Sales/commercial experience._
- _Well organised._
- _Money motivated._
