**Salary**: GBP £16 per hour

Our client, one of the UK's leading energy providers is looking for an established sales executive to join their team on a 6-month basis, after which there will be an opportunity to go perm.

Recognising the evolution of the operating model and agile nature of the organisation the content and nature of this role may change over time.
**What do I need to be great at the role?**
- Support the achievement of Sales Gross Margin and volume targets related to the sale of electricity supply contracts to deliver the MTP commitment
- Collaborate with key internal and external teams to optimise value add to the Mid market portfolio
- Support identification of capacity creation opportunities for Mid-markets and collaborate with relevant internal teams to qualify and implement any required changes to business process
- Assist sales teams with identification of potential service failures, working in collaboration with relevant teams across our client to resolve.
- Design and rollout guidance documentation for the Sales team on improvements they can make to minimise errors.
- Capability and confidence to make timely decisions under pressure and effectively manage a diverse range of activities with regular and tight deadlines. Prioritise conflicting activities, while taking ownership for achieving objectives and expectations.
- Ability to simultaneously drive both operational performance and systemised process improvement
- Able to establish and maintain effective business relationships with key stakeholders at all levels with strong influencing skills
- Strong relationship-building skills that support the ability to engage with a number of diverse work streams to ensure delivery and performance
- Ability to challenge the way things are done, identify improvement areas and devise solutions to issues impacting our customers and which drive contact. The ability to solve problems and make decisions
- Must have effective presentation skills (senior stakeholders/large groups)
- Must be proficient in Microsoft programs, with high levels of Excel skills and data management.
