**Customer Care Professional**:

- Job ID: 1635- Location: Camberley, ENG, GB- Date: Feb 3, 2023**Overview**:
The Sales Support Coordinator will work with the Camberley (Surrey) based sales team, alongside the Marketing function, assisting Account Managers across speed enforcement, Police ANPR, Civil enforcement and Commercial ANPR reporting directly to the Sales Director.

**Location**:
Watchmoor Park, Camberley; a current UK driving licence would be advantageous due to location and links to public transport. (50% hybrid working available)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide full administrative support to UK Account Managers
- Management of the CRM Database
- Documentation of Sales policies and procedures
- Ensuring files and documentation meet requirements and deadlines are met
- Involvement and implementation in the creation of ongoing Sales strategy, including capitalising on market opportunities and promoting new products and services offered
- Completion of Sub-Contractor questionnaires
- Responsible for the management, process and delivery of system statistics, temporary and permanent speed profiles
- Supporting Marketing activities; organisation of events, creation of literature, social media and Press Releases
- Liaising with internal stakeholders on ongoing and potential projects, tenders, and contracts
- Responsible for ensuring smooth running of internal audits
- Creating and providing reports to customers
- Raising of Pro-Forma and service agreements for new and existing customers.
- Taking meeting minutes for monthly sales meetings
- Maintain a positive and professional image of Jenoptik when dealing with internal staff, customers and third parties

**Demonstrative Skills**:

- Planning, organisation and the preparing of documentation, a critical eye is a must
- Maintain excellent communication skills, communicating effectively at all levels in the organisation
- Team worker with ability to develop strong relationships with various colleagues
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulae, conditional formatting, and a good eye for well-presented reporting
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
