**Summary (Major Purpose of the Role)**:
A customer facing role with the sole purpose of training and developing internal employees to enable them to be fully equipped with product knowledge and experience to then deliver an effective service to our external customers.

**Main Activities/Responsibilities**:

- Customer product training
- Mentor current and new employees on a 1-2-1 basis on site and in house
- Create training videos/literature to help field-based employees and internal teams
- Monitor individuals training records and upskill as required
- Nationwide travel and time away from home on a regular basis, all expenses paid
- Processing training documents and keeping individuals records up to date
- Induction training for new employees
