Here at Interlink we are looking for a Real Estate lawyer (NQ - 5 PQE) that is looking to join a thriving housebuilding and strategic land development team.

We are looking for someone who can be based in around Nottingham, Leicester, Birmingham or Derby offices (with flexible working available) and who has around NQ to 5 years PQE. For more junior level solicitors and NQs, you will be based in the Nottinghamoffice, in order to assist in the development of the Real Estate division.

The Firm
- The firm has over 150 partners and more than 800 members of staff in total, as well as being recognised as having the Best Companies star status on a number of occasions and featured in the Sunday Times 100 Best Companies to Work For.
- The firm acts for most of the top-10 builders, local and national developers housing associations, landowners, local authorities, investors and promoters in the residential development and strategic land sectors.
- Have experience of residential development and/or strategic land, such as acting for house builders, promoters, developers, land owners, housing associations and/or local authorities
- Be competent with acquisitions and disposals, conditional and unconditional contracts
- Have some experience of golden-brick and other affordable housing transactions, back-to-back sales, deeds of easement, infrastructure agreements, and service charge/ management agreements
- Possibly have some experience of more complex transactions including site-assembly, strategic land, overages, mixed use schemes, institutional investment, portfolio charging, and portfolio acquisitions.

For Junior Lawyers:

- We except that experience may be lacking so extensive training schemes would be provided
- Important that you are ambitious, client-focused and highly competent
